Sabrina Parveen Khan completed both her BBA and MBA in Marketing from IBAIS University. Her academic background built a strong foundation in business strategy, communication, marketing, and organizational leadership. This educational journey helped shape her practical understanding of brand communication, client psychology, and professional management.
Sabrina began her professional career in the banking sector. She started working at Prime Bank Limited, where she gained early corporate experience and developed a disciplined, structured, and professional approach to operations and workplace responsibility.
After working for one year in Prime Bank, she moved into the education sector and joined British Standard School, Wari Branch, where she worked as a Teacher for four years. This stage of her career played an important role in building her communication skills, patience, mentoring ability, and team-oriented mindset.
Her teaching experience later became one of the strongest foundations of her professional leadership style. It helped her understand how to guide people, manage different personalities, communicate clearly, and support growth in a structured and human-centered way.

In 2015, Sabrina Parveen Khan joined NijolCreative as a Partner. From the beginning, she became closely involved in the organization’s internal development and operational growth.
She first started working as HR & Admin Executive, where she contributed to team coordination, administrative processes, internal management, and organizational structure. With time, her responsibilities expanded as she proved her strength in leadership, communication, and strategic thinking.
Later, she served in important leadership roles including:
- HR & Admin Executive
- Chief Operating Officer (COO)
- Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
She carried these responsibilities continuously until September 2021, contributing to the company’s management, team development, communication system, and overall business growth.
In October 2021, Sabrina officially took responsibility as the Managing Director of NijolCreative.

As the Managing Director, Sabrina now plays a central leadership role in NijolCreative’s growth and day-to-day direction. She is responsible for managing client communication, guiding the internal team, coordinating projects, and maintaining quality in both operations and creative delivery.
